Have you asked your bank how much an international moneyorder costs. That is another way to donate. Prepaid Visa is a good suggestion.

there are many pre-paid cards here, but many have a monthly fee. the best one i came across & now using for nearly 2 years is the Virgin pre-paid Mastercard.

It beats paying Western Union their high charges & ensures that seti gets the funds I send.

I've suggested a couple of times but I'm not sure they are available in your particular country that you might try the Paypal debit cards. They work just like any bank debit card but are tied to your Paypal account.
