75 Million kibblestones for the kitty crunchers. Meow meow. "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." |

47,000 RAC with only 2 GPU's! Working on getting it faster.... Steve Warning, addicted to SETI crunching! Crunching as a member of GPU Users Group. GPUUG Website |

47,000 RAC with only 2 GPU's! Working on getting it faster.... But hey Steve, you had 6 blazing fast cores to help them :) |

47,000 RAC with only 2 GPU's! Working on getting it faster.... How many tasks per card are you running on your 480s? "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." |

47,000 RAC with only 2 GPU's! Working on getting it faster.... 2 tasks per 480. I keep tweaking to get more speed and stay stable. I don't think I'm maxed out quite yet. Steve Warning, addicted to SETI crunching! Crunching as a member of GPU Users Group. GPUUG Website |

For not to increase the 'offtopic messages' too much.. ;-D You don't crunch on the CPU? |

47,000 RAC with only 2 GPU's! Working on getting it faster.... Good work! :-) I need 4 GPU's (with one Task/GPU) to reach this High. :D Helli A loooong time ago: First Credits after SETI@home Restart |

For not to increase the 'offtopic messages' too much.. ;-D I use 5 cores for crunching, and the 6'th to load the GPU's. Steve Warning, addicted to SETI crunching! Crunching as a member of GPU Users Group. GPUUG Website |

For not to increase the 'offtopic messages' too much.. ;-D You could use Fred's eFMer Priority, it can increase the priority of the CUDA app, so you don't need to let idle one CPU-Core. Where to get, small look in my profile -> 'quick instruction' (only for advanced users). Since this nice tool, I crunch also on the CPU.. ;-D |

For not to increase the 'offtopic messages' too much.. ;-D Would hyperthread help or hurt? Oh 400K.. top 5% for all time crunching.. top 2K "cup"(still do not understand that) Janice |

For not to increase the 'offtopic messages' too much.. ;-D If you look to the 'top_hosts_list', a few have HT disabled. IIRC, i7 920 and HT on/off ~ 15 % performance/RAC difference. HT disabled, the GPUs have a faster CUDA start. Maybe the whole CUDA wall clock time faster, because of faster system RAM throughput (faster system RAM -> faster CUDA). So the whole RAC is bigger. But this could answer only HT-CPU owner. I guess - depend of CPU, HT should be disabled with at least GTX2xx GPU. |

Congrats to 400,000 Cobblestones. May the SETI "Spirit" always with you. ;-) Helli A loooong time ago: First Credits after SETI@home Restart |

Jumped over 5 Million Cobblestones after the downtime. Was a long jump cause i got 4.999 Million right before the A/C and servers went down :-) Congratz to all the others for their nice milestones. - Performance is not a simple linear function of the number of CPUs you throw at the problem. - |

And 76 million kibblestones have the kitties crunched. "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." |

It took me long enough, but I finally hit 1,000,000. I suddenly have this urge to talk like Carl Sagan ( one.... MILLyun!) |

Just moved into the #5 spot of highest credited users on the project - should move into #4 in just a few days. Of course still holding onto the RAC leadership as well. Todd |
