Only minimal rules. You must either like beer, or be drinking beer. We are all sitting here at the pub, just getting along, and drinking, or commenting without malice. Other adult beverages are welcome as well. This gives me an excuse to jibber jabber without a reason to do so. Yes, I am within my own specs. :D
