Yup....you read it right.
Server status is green bars all the way down.

Hang on folks. It's gonna be a bumpy ride.

LOL...pretty soon the servers will shut us all down, thinking it's a DOS attack.

I'm uploading WUs, but my computer isn't requesting new work. And it's out of work. WTF?

You probably have too many uploads waiting to complete.
If you have more than 2X the number of cores in your system for pending uploads, Boinc will not request work until the uploads have cleared.

Ghery, it has to get your upload count down before it will start downloading new work to you. Give it time, it has to have less than two uploads per core before it will allow new tasks to be sent.

Thanks. That should clear out shortly as it is uploading as fast as it can.

Boinc still isn't requesting new work here even though I have got enough tasks uploaded. Two times now.

We all have to wait a little. Servers are doing their best now with all that upload. Just wait. Boinc will ask for new WUs.

By the way...This is the first time i see all the servers green, from top to the bottom. 

I'm impressed the uploads went so smoothly. On my work PCs I had about 100+ to upload and they are all done.

Now waiting for downloads. I have 1 idle box at the moment.

I have to commend it as well. I uploaded 680 something tasks according to boinc and it went pretty smooth, over all took about an hour but that's better than the few days it took last few outages. :)

Yup...so far so good.
One rig done with uploads, requesting GPU work, but nothing inbound yet.

It's going out though, ready to send was around 800k to begin with, now down to 780k...
So the servers are parsing it out.

BOINC got a nice message:

Message from server: No work sent
Message from server: This computer has reached a limit on tasks in progress

Ohh.. well.. how big could be now the WU cache??

Or again only a nonsense message from the server?

For example if my E7600 & GTX260-216 crunch MilkyWay@home, BOINC get max. 12 tasks in progress. More DL is not possible there.

EDIT: 12 tasks mean: 1 task -> ~ 650 secs/GPU -> ~ 130 mins max. crunching cache.

NEW WORK, NEW WORK, NEW WORK

I just got three work units that should keep me busy for a day. I still have one work unit to upload. I am currently set at 4 days of work but I am happy with a full day of work after no work for 3 days.

Woo hoo! 5 new tasks and all uploads are reported. We need to celebrate--have never seen all green bars before. 8)
