my cheap quad ran out last night so I started it full on with Primegrid PPSE LLR nice short WU's. It makes for a decent backup project. My main machine still has a couple days left.

Dunno, but I suspect they are biding their time.

Anything before monday would be a pleasant surprise. I have been watching
the numbers click by from one bottleneck to another. As long as the purging
gets caught up without overloading.. Things do seem to be smoothing out.
I too am "running on fumes". But I understand too why they are letting the glut that crashed things last time move along.

The splitters are getting back online it seems, getting some new tasks.

Strangely the completion time is the old one, so instead of 20 mins it says 22 hours, as if they don't follow the new line.

I always wonder, when I don't have enough both CPU and GPU WUs, why does Boinc very often only request tasks for CPU or GPU and not always CPU and GPU?

Not sure but it's funny that mine is only getting work for CPU, all my GPU requests have been turned down, been using the rescheduler to get GPU work.

Give it time Hiamps,
Mine was just the opposite, got GPU but no CPU work. It finally happened with a whole herd of new CPU work.

I actually got a WU, after the better part of a week's drought. The BOINC Manager claims that it will take 26+ hours to process it, but as the tough who coughed while he ploughed the dough said, I'll believe it when I see it. (Apologies to T. S. Geisel.)

My rig finally downloaded enough to sustain it for several hours! It hasn't done that since before the changes went into effect. It was very hungry!

So far all I've downloaded is a larger Quota number, It's at 116 now and still no cpu or gpu work yet, I'll see after midnight what happens.

Not quite, it will only take them about 2-3 hours in actuality.

It is only on the iMac and it is also working on some Milkyway tasks currently as well.

This could be the reason. I know it's hard not to move units to the GPU's (been doing it myself) but it does screw up the allocations at the server end. I'm finding the rigs that have had units moved to the GPU's get a lot of CPU units and few if any GPU work. The rigs I've been able to keep my fingers out of get more GPU than CPU work but it's still only a few at a time.
