For me, it's this...
I can't explain why I can listen to this endlessly.

Back then I think Mr. Earle would say he wasn't really country either.
But, excellent choice in song and singer. And if you want, you can head down that Hillbilly Highway with Steve and the Dukes.

Good choice Angela. Here is a version I love, like all of Tomita's work from this time.

Good choice, though I might add that (almost) anything by Pink Floyd is excellent!

Uhh......
That would be 500 Miles by the Proclaimers........

Havering with you.......

Or ANYTHING by Peter, Paul, and dearly departed Mary.

As in...The Times Are a Changing.....ala Dylan.

And there's no telling who's game is a playin'.
There's a battle outside, and it's ragin'.
It'll soon rattle your windows and rage through your halls.....
For the times, they are a changin'.

The slow one now will later be fast.
For the times they are a changing.

Or perhaps Early Morning Rain...

Gawd, I miss her.
It's very hard, watching these vintage clips, to realize that she has passed.
But......her voice will never be stilled. Meow.

Not strictly a song, but, Toccata and Fugue in D Minor (Bach) - Jean Michel Jarre. A master's classic given a little make-over by a genius; listening to this in the car is going to find me getting a ticket for speeding, one day. You can find it on youtube, but don't expect a great visual feast!

One I listen to over and over again, from a CD that I listen to over and over again...

Again, no great graphics. but some fine guitar, bass and vocals.

Tried your link, and the first song I hear is IGY by Donald Fagen. I already really like this radio station.

Lynyrd Skynyrd - Free Bird

What a great band they were....Sweet Home Alabama is a favourite, so smooth and 'laid back'.

Tough to choose just one ...

Eagles Seven Bridges Road Not the Eagles but a great cover of it

or

Tom Petty Running Down a Dream

or

Scorpions Wind of Change

or

Anything by Floyd but one of favs
Two Suns in the Sunset

or

Black Sabbaths Paranoid

Anything with Great Lyrics and Great Guitar Work and not neccessarily in that order and not neccesarily together.
