Thanx again ;-) I was totally overwhelmed yesterday.. If everyone who sent me a birthday wish on internet was going to get coffee and cake in real.. I would have had to keep the party outside - and we would for the day almost have doubled the ammount of people living in my little place.. hehehe Thats crazy! ;-)) It would have been very fun though!! |

We are very glad you enjoyed it all Miss Moon, it was our pleasure to join you on your special day! :-)) Well, I suppose you could claim a virtual birthday any time you wished to if we needed a reason to celebrate. "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." |

But Ms Moon, we celibrate every time you stop in here for a visit! :-) Happy Birthday!! Thanx perryjay. ;-)) Oh oh..hehehe - I had no idea about that. ;-p You should have told me so earlier.. and I might just have bumped in to get you people going. ;-p On the other hand... If you started out celebrating here a bit more often, I would maybe look in more often.. of plain curiosity. ;-D As a moon, however, I tend to move around the world.. and for me to be in the same place once each month is probably the best you can count for... You dont really need moonlight to celebrate.. you can do it in the sunshine. So Celebrate! I`ll be back later.. ;-) |

Hei Soft-spirit and Julie ;-) ehrm.. lol - SS, you might be right.. but I doubt its a matter of age.. but more a matter of place and room.. and maybe also a bit about view. ones own.. ;-)) Julie.. ;-p ;-) ..thanx.. Yes.. it would be bad if the Coconut Corner disappeard from here. pPp But there should be a buch of them coconuts.... ;-D Its hard to roll from place to place. Anyway.. I dont follow what ever else happens in here... so what ever I say, it will be totally out of context with the rest of the threads. Though .. when i think about it that was the point with a Coconut corner in the firs place. ;-D I want to tell you a little story.. Author Unknown.. BUTTERFLY A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could, and it could go no further. So the man decided to help the butterfly. He took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings. The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time. Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly. What the man, in his kindness and haste, did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were nature's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon. Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our lives. If days allowed us to go through our lives without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We would not be as strong as what we could have been. We could never fly! |

I have often said I am as strong as I need to be. Although many times I have wondered "Just how stong do I need to be?" Janice |

Az Moon, not so fast, I saw you peek in on the LPTPW thread. You need to let us know how you are doing. It's been too long since you last gave us an update. I know your days are short now, but if your up we would love to hear from you. |

Hei you!! hehe What to say...? Im fine! I`m also on the internet several hours a day.. Im pretty sure most of you know where to find me. ;-) I just googled to find something about "where" - but what i got up was this: The Moon by William Henry Davies Thy beauty haunts me heart and soul, Oh, thou fair Moon, so close and bright; Thy beauty makes me like the child That cries aloud to own thy light: The little child that lifts each arm To press thee to her bosom warm. Though there are birds that sing this night With thy white beams across their throats, Let my deep silence speak for me More than for them their sweetest notes: Who worships thee till music fails, Is greater than thy nightingales. -------------- LoL - Serious? ;-) Yes - Its dark most of the day around here now.. and I`m mostly at Home. It has been cold, and for some days i had no water, as it was frozen. The last days it has been snowing - so now the world is white. And I have finally understood its soon Christmas again. ;-p It seems like I cant follow Time. I somehow live beside it.. I dont think I was born to follow it anyway.. I do appreciate though, that you ask for me.. ;-) And all is well here. Really.. but i dont go in here checking all the threads anymore. I`ll get notified if anyone post in this one, and will go looking for it when i can ;-) Now when Seti is back up, I may have to go in here a bit more often to check stuff.. ;-p But i dont promise anything.. In fact I have so much to follow up now, in this Boinc world.. ;-) It has been a fantastic journey.. and it still is.. I hope all of You are fine! As long as you are - then all is ok. ;-) When i googled, I also found this beautiful picture.. I think i should mainly use the name Coconut. Theres too much with this Moon-name to live up to. ;-)) I have many times wondered how come i ended up with that name.. but Deep inside i know. There`s no point to take that up here though... Wow - its a long time - and a lot of happenings since i first entered the Seti boards and Boinc.. Who could imagine.... ;-) |
