They say to never mention something bad, because as soon as you do it will happen or if it good it will stop. So I've got no news to report today. I think that's wonderful! Squirrel in Space. I think it would be a first. Joker has rolled snake eyes on his try for a win. |

Back on here again; was running on my ("slower") laptop (1.6GHz) and an even slower PII machine (450MHz), but now recently acquired (free) an iMac 3.06GHz machine! I had removed BOINC from both of the other machines and was offline for a while. Going to re-install it on the laptop again now. Thanks for everyone's patience, especially you, blurf! Mike |

It's been really beautiful here in north-central AZ. as of late (last couple of weeks); before that, it was near-miserable, so I guess the WX gods must've decided to go your way this time, Doc! |

Joker, 23C eh? Nice day where you are! Let's just hope, we do not have another heatstorm at that time. Pluto will always be a planet to me. Seti Ambassador Not to late to order an Anni Shirt |

Joker, 23C eh? Nice day where you are! At one point today the temp said 82F(28C), You said 29C That's roughly 84F here and was probably up and gone without Me noticing the temp, that's ok, But since there was a small breeze It wasn't too bad out as I did some more weeding, about 3-5' today as My back is still worn out I guess as It started bothering Me early this time, But I got the worst of It done at least as now I'm down to the thin areas and the area where I'm going to spray that can't be weeded, After all one needs a victim to commit herbicide on. ;) The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

As one of the many resident Wordsmiths here at S@H, I think it is best to avoid terms such as "weed filled", "over grown" or "weed choked". When an area of my garden gets uh... "out of hand", I prefer to refer to that area as "habitat restoration". It's all about how you spin it folks, it's all about how you spin it... |

And the dandelion wine potential. Not that I would have any personal knowledge of such concoctions of course. Pure mathematics is, in its way, the poetry of logical ideas. Albert Einstein |
