Pi makes my head hurt. My Mom made that fresh, Of course growing up, She bought raw ingredients for everything We ate and today I get as close as I can, I see kids on TV almost as large as I am today and I was 167lbs soaking wet in High School and I was 5'10.5" tall(When I was 12 in the 6th grade and skinny as a rail then too), too many processed foods today. Thankfully I changed My diet a number of years ago to about what I ate when I grew up, After I moved out on My own I started experimenting as My Brother said something that got Me thinking as Moms food and choice of drink had changed a bit as She grew older, My current diet is like so: Breakfast(Usually): Eggs, w/salt and pepper(to taste) and 2 sausage(Farmer John, 130 Calories a serving or 5 links which is a serving according to the label, So I have 2 instead, 5 is way too many). or sometimes I just have Pancakes(Betty Crocker) and lite syrup w/ no margarine or butter. Beverages(Morning and/or until empty): Coffee(Folgers decaf) w/ Sweet n Low(2 packets) and powdered creamer to taste Lunch is: Roman Meal Wheat whole grain bread(2 slices), Fat Free Mayo, and 1 slice of Turkey Bologna(Bologna 50 calories a slice) or 2-slices Roman Meal Whole Wheat whole grain bread(70 calories a slice) and Strawberry preserves(50 calories a serving), sometimes with margarine(50 calories a serving). Beverages(Noon to Dinner and after Dinner too): Crystal Light Instant sugar free tea w/lemon(has Aspartame in It, 5 calories a serving) Dinner: a 4% fat beef patty, 1/3rd of a 16oz bag of frozen veggies(carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, a bag lasts Me 3 days), pepper. The saute pan I cook(Meat and Pancakes only) in I use cooking spray(no calories or fat). The veggies are heated in a double boiler until hot, water in the bottom and veggies in the top section with a lid on top w/nothing added at all(beyond pepper when on the plate). Sometimes I do eat some junk food like Pizza or Fritos corn chips or even ice cream, But their not a regular day in and day out thing(too expensive) once or twice a month for most, except for Pizza, Pizza is about once a year and It's from Domino's or Pizza Hut or Little Caesars.
