I use the same username as I do on the BOINC projects. I believe that's a given.

I have never been able to use "Ice", I use Ice with a dot "Ice." since I presume someone else used the name before in BOINCstats. I also use BAM, but try not to use it anymore since a change usually propogates the dot into all my projects, and I don't want the dot. The last dot was a period, end of sentence, not a dot as in the dot in "Ice.".

Maybe the login page on the BoincStats site doesn't like apostrophies (') in names.

I tried the username with, without and even used double quotes. Nothing.

That does give me another idea though. I'll try "escaping" them with the "\" to see what that does.

Hi, I can't remember (at the moment), could be a few (4 or 5 years) ago, [b]if I[/i] opened an account.
But I think you can always access your stat's, probably not much else, whitout an account.
I'll have a look.

The only way I can access my stats, on BOINCStats, is to use my CGI program I wrote that creates a link to them using my ID from whatever project, in this case, SETI. The username displayed, on my stats page, is the same as that which I used to create my account. Go figure!

This is to anyone that has an account on BOINCStats!

For as long as I can remember, I have always had a problem accessing my account on BOINCStats. I use the same username as I do on the BOINC projects. I believe that's a given.

Anyway, about a month ago I received an e-mail, from BOINCStats, stating that I had a private message. I went to the site and proceeded to log in. Well, as has happened many times in the past, I get an error message stating that the username and password do not match. I click the "Forgot password" link, or whatever it's called, and wait for the e-mail to change my password. .oO(Don't know why the system cannot just send me my password!)

I change my password and proceed to log in, again, and again, I receive the error message that the username and password do not match. What the Frell!?!?
