In the spirit of the captioning, is it not acceptable to let it continue as long as it's being active? :-) I commonly don't get to each thread every 24 hours, and have missed chances to caption a few that were closed quite rapidly immediately after the minimum 10 captions. As to the numbers, or time limits, Beets wrote the rule. After about 15-20 entries it gets a bit hard on the judge as well. If practical, I think at least one trip through the time zones ought be allowed so everyone has some kind of chance, but I can't change the rule. ID: 980783 ·
