It's not bambi per se, as there are other processes still running on bambi.

Not on your end....something is stopping up comms even though bandwidth does not appear to be the problem.
Checked a few of my rigs...saw a few uploads go through, many did not with the connect error. Also saw an attempt to report work error out with the connect problem.

So there is some sort of trouble going on.
