Yes, validators are not running. However, the assimilators are obviously the bottleneck of the pipe and they have enough job for the next couple of hours.

Not good karma for the servers........
Will not be surprised if they all come tumbling down soon.

My only worry is do they have enough storage space for the unvalidated results ??

Right now the assimilators have almost half million results to do, as long as they don't catch up, it's actually not important for the amount of free disk space whether the validators are running or not.

Not much going on in validation land apparently....my creds have not advanced much in the last hour, and that does not bode well for the servers....

Sending email to Eric now.

Lucky me as my RAC quit going down and will have a chance to catch back up LOL

I was just confirming that I agreed with what you said about the servers crashing.

Now I'm going to dig my vehicles out of the snow before I lose track of where there parked. lol

When I push the button on my remote. The snow glows where my car much be.

But even with the validators down work is still going in & out. So once the find the weak spot that went down we will be off and crawling again :)

Your RAC is going down?! Well, once things get back to normal, my RAC is likely to hit a high, that I'll never repeat! lol

According to Scarecrow's site, http://bluenorthernsoftware.com/scarecrow/sahstats/page.html it was Disabled some time within the last hour.

http://bluenorthernsoftware.com/scarecrow/sahstats/graphs.php also shows the awaiting Purge & Assimilation numbers have been increasing significantly over the last few days, so they may be running low on disk space.

I have not seen any posts from Matt over the last few days in Tech news, so he may be away, and the other staff are looking after the servers.

The upload server is off-line, "disabled": somebody'll probably be in to fix in an hour or so (it's 0630 Berkeley time...)

Looks more like the upload server was disabled to give the validatiors a chance to catch up. The "Results returned and awaiting validation" number is dropping like a rock. In the past 10 min down about 15,000.

Yep but knowing seti...I bet it wasn't planned. I have seen things say "disabled" that weren't planned before. I think it is pretty Generic.
