Попробую 2 задания одновременно, а то карточка загружается на 60-70% - маловато всё ж.

С дровами тоже поковыряюсь как-нибудь, как время позволит.

This might be silly question, but do you have Milkyway@home web wetting to allow GPU work?

His MW host config just fine, look at returned results from his host.

1. I don't see anything about running 6.03 MBs in his app-info and
2. I see this in his start up 11.01.2010 18:55:06 Running as a daemon

Could either one of these be messing him up?

no.
1) he doesn't use CPU-based SETI app, he runs cosmology on CPU
2)daemon for WinXP is OK.

BOINC schedules tasks absolutly correctly, just CUDA MB using far more CPU than it should. And no CPU fallback mode, GPU crunching still.
Pure driver/IRQ issue IMO.
