Try copying it to the C:\Program Files\BOINC\projects\setiathome.berkeley.edu folder, then try to run BOINC. Not 100% sure if this will work, but worth a try.

I had problems getting the pdb file to download I have now obtained acopy from the alpha website, but what do I do with it to get BOINC to work ?
