Eat nutmeg? The raw one? The native America Indian music? Well...I never do that before =P and in what purpose? Are you in detox program to remove toxins from your body? Mining activities do need a healthy lifestyle =D

In Sulawesi, you can find candied nutmeg *I like this one*

And Carlos...shark fin soup tasty and suitable for health food, *but ssssoooooo expensive* =<

Yeah and they throw the shark back in the water to die, As the shark needs Its fins to swim and to live, It would be like cutting off ones legs and arms and tossing one out. The practice is causing sharks to go extinct and sharks are a needed part of the sea(ocean).

Over 100 million sharks are killed every year, most of which due to the demand for shark fin soup.[26] Major declines in shark populations have been recorded in recent years—some species have been depleted by over 90% over the past 20–30 years with a population decline of 70% not being unusual.[27] Only a small amount of the shark is actually kept. This is done is a process called finning where the fins of the shark is cut from living sharks.[28] After the fins have been cut off, the remainder of the fish which is often still-living, is thrown back into the sea.[28] When returned to the ocean, the finless shark is unable to swim and sinks to the ocean bottom and dies a slow death.

@LiliK, we need sharks as much as we need polar bears. I am glad that soup is sooo expensive.

That practice should be banned worldwide, China of course would not agree possibly. In the USA and Its territorial waters, I believe It is banned.

Oh and welcome back Uli.

Yes, I see It, I hope You didn't pay for the bowl as that would be helping to encourage people to do It more and more, There is reaction internationally of course, Of course the Chinese didn't like Yao Ming speaking out against the practice.

Brain numb and ignorant thuggery are very annoying and voicing ones opinions about them should be a public entitlement. Some people with knowledge of ignorance continue practices that endanger not just species endemic to our planet, but, some actually purposefully endanger our race. It is really sad watching ignorance run amock. I'm just glad that this planet has large sections of respectful people and respectful people that correct themselves when appropriate.

God bless the animal activists.

SJ,LiliK lives in Indonesia.

Yeah I see, Nearby Malaysia banned the soup from official functions of one ministry, It's a start. And the US Congress is trying to close the loop holes in the current ban and make It an illegal practice for any nations ships in US waters. The bill is in the US Senate(The Shark Conservation Act of 2009) now.
