regarding NetworkManager, I have ONLY encountered problems with it in Fedora. Every other OS I use NetworkManager in (mostly Ubuntu/Debian Flavors) has very few issues. But yes, whenever I am using fedora (which isn't very often, and never by choice), NetworkManager either gets disabled or uninstalled, as it causes nothing but problems. |
