Hi Carlos. I found all mine last weekend and put them up the samwe day. was early for me but the day was a sunny one so i didnt want to waste it. I hate doing lights in a rain or snow storm. And here in NY you never know wjat your going to get. As for the den im finding stuff i didnt know i had. And a lot of useless junk i held on to. Like ten year old cell phone chargers or an old fashioned tape phone answering machine. Still lots of work to do though, what happens when you dont empty boxes from when you moved in 12 yeras ago. It's 3:00pm here in Egersund, Norway and getting dark fast! I forgot that this time of year there is barely 7 hours of daylight. 5°C, cloudy and windy! Nice sailing weather! Hotell room has cable TV which I don't have at home in Canada - maybe I will live in this room for good :-) Going to bed - just got in from Sola Airport a few hours ago and very tired. Watched Grey Cup football game from Canada in Germany last night - no sleep at all! |

Hey Moon... Here is the view just over the fence of my house... taken about 2 minutes ago looking west at 10:20 am, with a northerly breeze but still reasonably warm so the cicadas are out singing. The land in front of me and to the left of the photo is the mainland North Island, about 50km north of Wellington city. The island you see in the middle is Mana island, and the land on the horizon is the top of the South Island, or to be exact, the Marlborough sounds. The body of water to the left of Mana island is the Cook strait, whilst the body of water to the right is the Tasman sea, and if you continued on that way, you'd eventually hit Brisbane, Australia after about 3500km! I was kneeling when I took this shot with my iPhone, so if you stand on top of the fence, you can see alot more sea. And it is always more beautiful through your own eyes. - Luke. - Luke. |

Hei Luke!! Thanks Moon. Doesn't look like that anymore. It's got cooler and the wind has picked up to a strong sustained breeze with lots of high altitude Cirrus blocking the sun... - Luke. - Luke. |

Luke, If, by caldera, you mean the Lake Taupo... no. But I often go there on holidays in the summer, or the closer Mount Ruapehu. But, if Taupo does again erupt, It doesn't matter were I live on the North Island, I'll be toast... ;P (lol). As will the other 2.5 million residents of the North Island. - Luke. |
