Running vista 64, installed boinc/seti yesterday with the newest drivers from nvidia. Cuda working good, but the problem is the video driver is crashing and recovering.

Anyone else having this trouble?

Vista 64 on several machines. 186.18 works better than 185.85 for me with a variety of cards.

186.18 seems a bit faster on Vists 64 with a 280 GTX, but on XP 32 with a 9600GT my machine has become effectively useless. Might be the card, might be the driver, not sure.

My video driver also kept crashing when using 186.18. I have an 8800GTX and am using XP SP3. I could not even play videos with 186.18 installed. I have reverted to 182.50 driver.

I assume everyone is doing a clean install of video drivers by 1st removing the old drivers and folders, then rebooting and installing the new ones?

My system:
P4 CPU 3.20GHz(2 processors)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 (895MB) driver: 18618
Microsoft Windows XP
Professional x86 Edition, Service Pack 3, (05.01.2600.00)

With the Cuda 2.0 and seems to be running great.
