Merrimack, There's a name, Otherwise known as the CSS Virginia which fought the USS Monitor to a draw back in 1862(and a noisy one at that I'd think). What does this have to do with Firetrucks? both a the time were powered by steam back then and both had something to do with fire, one put It out(or tried to) and the other could cause It. :D

Nice try.....but not fire trucks.....LOL.

Oh, and in the sake of trying to save other's lives.....our trucks do get wrecked from time to time....usually not by each other..
Hope they had the airbag systems installed in most of our high-end trucks these days.

In honor of old fire trucks.

A brush fire had broken out, and the local all volunteer fire department arrived on the scene. The old fire truck rolled to a stop in the middle of the fire. The firemen very quickly put out the fire. The fire department was given an award for bravery above and beyond. When asked what he was going to do with the $10,000, the firechief answered that first he was going to get the brakes fixed on the BLEEEEP truck.

LOL...yup, that's an old fire truck joke, about old fire trucks.....

The fire truck I was working on today was for....

Ya know.......I am one of those more 'particular' ones.........
Just my nature....I am not happy unless I see everything is done right.
I find myself redoing other people's work now and again...just because it does not meet MY standards. If I find a potential problem, I report it to my supervisor.
And it is always corrected.

If my blood, sweat, tears, (and a few cuss words) goes into it.......I want the best possible result. For our customer, and theirs.

My co-workers at Pierce believe in the same thing.

The company motto is.....

'Continually improving customer satisfaction'...
