So far David is a yes, and I assume he's bringing Erica and Noah.
Dan will be there with Mary Kate and Will.
Matt will be there probably with Jenya.

Don't know about Bob yet.

Dear Eric and Angela,

What a wonderful idea!!! :]]

I'm sorry I won't be able to make it, but I just know you'll all have a great time. :]]

Have we signalled the aliens to "[Beam On Down!"?

Fondly,

Beets

Bob is in, and is bringing some of his famous jerked pork.

So now we've got the entire staff with the exception of Jeff and Josh.

I'll show up wearing an Anonymous name tag just to confuse everyone. :) I'm always the life of the party, whether I want to be or not.

I'm SETI@home user since may 15, 1999.

Prosit to all!

"The reader may seek to consign these speculations wholly to the domain of science-fiction. We submit, rather, that the foregoing line of argument demonstrates that the presence of interstellar signals is entirely consistent with all we now know, and that if signals are present the means of detecting them is now at hand. Few will deny the profound importance, practical and philosophical, which the detection of interstellar communications would have. We therefore feel that a discriminating search for signals deserves a considerable effort. The probability of success is difficult to estimate; but if we never search the chance of success is zero."

The meaning and symbolism of your smile has been debated for years.

Given the location of the park when will the SETI@home golf tournament be held?

Soon as we get enough donations to afford the greens fees.

I would love to go! - unfortunately its not around the corner. Neither the next.

But my 10'th anniversary with SETI has allready come and gone four days ago on may 14. So I celebrated it here home alone hoping for anyone to be out there ;)

I joined May 14.th 1999. I wonder how I could've been early since the official launch was'nt until may 17. 99.
I have a vag memory of excitement and anticipation around launch, but I no longer remember the detailed story. Can anybody refresh my mind?
(sorry for the low #credits..)
