At least it happened on a Friday morning instead of Friday after they had left. This way they have a chance to fix it before the weekend.

Bad assumption. Matt doesn't come in on Fridays, so he would have to kick the system from home or the road if he has a gig this weekend.

Hey, at least I have a cache full of AP_v5's.. I'll be fine for a few days.

Not only that, scroll down. All spitters and assimilators are also dead. No big deal though, it's nice weather....:-)

Assimilation puts canonical results in the science database, so that connection is obvious. The way things are organized, splitters also have to be able to enter information in the science database.
