That may be but how would anyone know that? There's nothing there calling them "venues" and there's no way to create a new one as you advised. All I can do is modify an existing one and nowhere is it called a venue.

Sorry, I would have thought that the term "venue" was meant to mean "locale" per definition, referring to the other preference(s) types available (i.e. Default, Home, School and Work), and not a term to be taken literally as "create new venue". Creating a new one, also, would be to utilize one of the predefined names - you get to set all the preferences in it, thus "creating" a new preference locale. Otherwise, without "creating" the venue, there is no preference made for that locale.
