It was a beautiful day here in New England. It was bright and sunny and the temp got up to 58°F/14°C. It was perfect weather for making maple syrup. I spent the day at my Step Father's sugar house boiling down maple sap to make syrup. It takes 40 gallons of maple tree sap to make one gallon of syrup. It's a lot of work but it sure is worth it.
