This was observed on seti beta but I thought I would post my problem here.

I was crunching seti beta cuda's just fine until I got a beta "AP 5.00" and thereafter boinc 6.5.0 starting asking for "0 seconds of seti beta cuda". I eventually ran out of beta 6.0.8 cuda and cant get any more. Not all is lost because I was able to switch to "seti"

So, if the "AP" backlog is high (6-7 days worth), then the project stops asking for seti cuda? IMHO, that seems to be a bug.
