Ok, I have an 8800M GTS in my laptop. So I decided to give it a try with SETI@Home now that it has the cuda going.

So I hop online and grab the 181.20 NVidia drivers and the 6.4.5 BOINC Manager. Install it all and am pleased to see the manager report that CUDA devices found and that it's a GeForce 8800M GTS which is correct.

So I attach to SETI and everything downloads... And it starts running tasks on the CPU not the GPU. So I checked my prefs and the use GPU box is checked. So at this point I have no clue.

If any of you guys have any suggestions, that would be great. Thanks.

::EDIT:: Figured I should add that I'm running Vista x64 and the x64 version of BOINC.

We're all waiting for the new Seti scheduler, the new Seti app 6.08 and the latest BOINC version that should fix these things.
