Next thread in the series....

This is one series I wish could be canceled....LOL.

Still looking good according to the server status page, but no comms with the scheduler...either some hardware is broken or one more switch needs to be kicked....

Don't we wish, but then the forum would be full of Cuda threads.

Rough count puts the Frozen Nehi alone at about 410 completed WUs ready to phone home with.
And about 380 or so for the Tropical Penny.

Amazing what you can whisk up with those two.
Do you have informal names for your other rigs?
30 tasks now. 30 tasks x 45 credits (assuming average)= 1,350 credits for me.
800 tasks x 45 credits (assuming average)= 36,000 credits for you. Amazing.

Naw....just the fastest rigs get all the glory....the rest are just hard working Intel core 2 crunchers....

Bummer...once the problem gets solved the pipes are going to get really clogged, which will present its own set of problems...

I've got 235 WUs ( long & short ) waiting to report on my QX6700 and another 140 ( virtually all small )on the T7500...oh well, I'll be fine as long as my chache holds out...

The download tubes will be clogged, but the uploads should be fine.

Reporting should be fine once Anakin gets back up and running normally.

That would be because every computer is trying to get in at the same time, give it some time and it should settle down in a while.

Are You sure that shouldn't be the Micro Penny? ;)

Your Frozen Nehi Concoction is just starting out still I'd imagine or am I wrong?

Still nothing here, guess the higher the ping you have to the servers, the worse your chances to get a connection during heavy traffic...

Afraid not.
All that downloading means there's plenty of uploads in the way of acknowledgements etc.
Just noticed my uploads were no longer working, checked the network graphs & the download flood has begun. Given the length of the outage, and the large amount of short work lately, i expect it'll be at least 6 hours before i can upload or download.

Thanks to whoever went in a got things going again.
