Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere, i skimmed through and did not see it.

Basically, Everything seems to be running fine.

Only problem is the time running stops at between 20 and 40 seconds.

All WU's report as being crunched in 20-40 seconds

Time reported is CPU time only.
As the column it is in states....

What P&B means is that although you crunch with the GPU, only the CPU time is counted by BOINC. BOINC isn't able yet to count the amount of seconds the GPU is taking on such a task. With a minute part of the CPU being used to transfer the data about the task to the GPU and back to the disk, this is the amount of time that is showing as the "run time" of the task.
