I have a computer at work that I have setup in Preferences to run S@H between 17:00 and 7:00 due to its loud fans. I'd like to modify this so that it runs on the weekends, so basically I want S@H home to always run EXCEPT Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm.

I can't figure out how to specify this in Preferences. Help, fellow crunchers!

You'll have to do that in the local BOINC preferences. In the processor usage tab, there's a day-of-week override. That should work for you.

Yep, I know I'll have to use local preferences, I'm just not sure how to specify the times.

Hi,

In preference you can set timespan from to for processing and network

Set daily activity from 17:00 to 07:00 (In sweden) 05PM 07AM for you I guess
Set day of override from Mon to Fri 5:00 PM to 05:01 PM
set Saturday and Sunday to equal time and it will run around the clock during these two days

I'll try that, and maybe I just overthought it.
