And before 611AD those in North Africa were Christian held and had been since at least 0AD As Muslims conquered that area by force and killed anybody who wouldn't convert and enslaved any and all women, Boys were slaughtered or made into Unichs(sterile and unable to get any women pregnant) If any survived of course.

Both religions can be accused of past mass exterminations. Whether termed "crusade" or "jihad", both were/are conquests for power.

True enough, But of course the Christians had their reasons, Mainly the continuous invasions by Muslim Armies from North Africa, Which waned after the 11th century I've read, fascinating stuff History is. :)

Back on topic- Obama should release his birth certificate to independent and unbiased scrutiny and settle question for all. Personally, I don't give a crap if he was born in Kenya, Hawaii, or Antartica. Most of his life was spent here as a citizen; the Constitution needs be clarified.

The Constitution is clear - you have to be a native born born American (on American soil) to qualify as President.

And Hawaii(50th state in 1960, Alaska in 1959 as the 49th state) and the Panama Canal Zone were US Territories back then, Only the Canal Zone is not US Territory anymore.

The United States Constitution does not define the term “natural born citizen”; however, it does confer on Congress the power: “To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization.”

Section 1 of Article II of the Constitution contains the clause:
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

It is not that clear to me. There has been several Supreme Court decisions through the years to define citizenship.

Actually, it is clear.

The part about "at the time of this Constitution" is because when they were writing it, none of them were natural born citizens, and as such, they'd have to wait an awful long time for someone to be elected President.

Anyone after that has to be a natural born citizen, just as the first part of that clause states.

Here's another radical idea.

What if there was a mass craze of that swept the world and decreed that no man/woman would be judged by his birthplace?

He wouldn't be judged by his 'tribe'. He would only be judged by his exerecise of his will over a free world by consent and non-violence?

Of course, none of this suits Barack Obama and his thugs in the street.

It won't suit MCain much either as he accepts the premise that we are all duty bound to 'the nation' or 'society'.....

Just like some of the posters here......

Personally, I love the idea about a world without borders and boundaries. When that day happens, I'd love to celebrate it as a Holiday until the end of time. Unfortunately, I don't see it happening anytime soon.

Why? To what end?

You state you want it but for what exactly?

Simply because I believe it is a better way of living. If we all focused on realizing that we are all on this planet together, and we all have the same common problems, the sooner we can start working together for better solutions.
