Due to the request of Guillermo, one of our colleagues of seti, I translated to Spanish the text of the original AstroPulse FAQ for the Spanish-talking community has facilities to better understand the basic issues on AstroPulse.

Deuda a Largo Plazo

Logan.

This thread requires UTF-8 encoding to display correctly: it's not selecting the correct option automatically in my Internet Explorer 7.

Mods - please report as a bug, and delete this post when fixed.

I use (Unicode-UTF-8) for viewing my web pages through Mozilla Firefox browser. I realized that Mozilla Firefox is more web page friendly!!!!
I continuously swich from one language/web pages to the other and it turned out to be the best solution for people who read/speak/learn foreign languages and have to visit other domains, like co.uk, .es, .ru, .fr, and so on.....
I do not consider appropiate to name this disadvantage of IE as a bug, and would never consider it as a reason for special/any kind of moderation.
I can read both, yours and Logan´s post without difficulty, I can even see the letter Ñ/ñ appearing as it has to and where it has to be.....

Hola Dirk!!

I can read the three posts too, without doing any change in my config (including cyrillic chars of yours) and I'm using IE 7.

De momento bien, Dirk... Intentando echar una mano... For now well, Dirk ... Trying to lend a hand ...

Saludos Dirk y Richard.

Yesterday, and when Richard posted, the server was saying the forum pages were ISO-8859-1 data. It has been corrected to UTF-8 which is the actual coding. Any browser which adheres to standards should now be able to show the data correctly.

Yes, this thread is now displaying properly in the browser where I first noticed the problem.

Hola Leela...

Logan.

Hi Blurf,

I'm glad you noticed the site. I have been working on it for some months already, and now I got published on the site.

There is a special category with FULL translations of several BOINC projects, which can be found here: Mundo BOINC I'm really looking forward to improve the site :D

Regards,

Tiare Rivera.-
