I did a New search and I found a house that is in better shape by far than anything else I've seen to date. :D It is 1126sqft in size, Has a tile roof, a black range, range hood and a dark kitchen countertop and is supposedly move in ready and It's $59,900.00(It just came on to the market). It was built in 1992 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, No idea If It has a swamp cooler, Probably not.

You are right, it's in FAR better shape.

Wish I could buy a house that cheap here in the UK. $60K would just about set you up with a deposit.

I live in a 2 bed bungalow which is currently valued at £250K, which even at todays poor exchange rates isn't far off $400K.

Sell it, move to Green Bay, WI, and buy yourself a nice 3000 square foot house. You will get used to the weather...

Problem is My relatives would be too far from Me and I'd be cut off(They might as well be dead to Me then as their the only family I have outside of Angel(My cat)), Besides unless living in Wisconsin is at least half as expensive as California(I was born in California remember, Packers fan or not(It's a family tradition My Aunt and Me had), My SSI benefit would drop from $907.00 a month(as of 12/31/2008) to $674 a month or $233.00 less a month as that's the amount I get from California, Besides I've never been able to walk too well in snow.

I'm hoping that I can get the funding approved to buy the 1265sqft house as It seems like the best choice considering I'm permanently disabled.

Somebody bought the place, Oh well, There are more where that came from and yes I have a Jewel in disguise which I hope will last long enough, Like somewhere past Christmas(Normally It would be around the 24th that I'd have to wait for notice of approval or not, But It's Christmas time right now, drat).

Well I went out and visited a few houses today, And It'll be the last time I do this too, I only found one place besides the one here that was any good, Here's the one I like best(It's missing some cabinets next to where the range goes). And yep one window is partly busted.

Last time We went in through the back cause the lock box was still locked as We couldn't get a hold of the 4 digit code, This time same problem, no code, So We went and tried the garage door, And in We went, The person who broke the window was/is stupid!

The living room is 15'x13'7" in size of course.

This place below except for Carpet and some obvious drywall repair looks good inside, Outside It needs more work(And It's only $49,900 instead of $59,000 like the one above):

Of course the roof on the patio cover needs to be redone as It is a bit holey and some of the fence posts are rotten, plus the yard front and back are drek.

The fireplace grate is missing, But I know of a place that could replace that.

Some door knobs are missing inside and the electricity is on and works and the range is one that uses a pilot:eek:, Easy swap with what I have already or scrapping It which I might do as getting My range out would be hard to do as It was a struggle to get My current one in to the kitchen here.

Yeah there was one more and I even took some photos, Some, But none of the inside as they wanted $65,000.00(asking price), the Realtor and Me said except for the front room and the cleaned carpet, The place was in terrible shape, One bedroom had a double sided deadbolt, No knob, just a deadbolt and the Carpet was white as were the walls which needs paint(badly), Most of the Carpet needs replacement as It has holes everywhere, Except for the Front room which has carpet in perfect condition. The place looked like the place with the White gravel with the Pine Tree in the front yard but You can see the outside:

Got Myself a New PC Case today, Eventually I'll stuff It with an i7 940 cpu, a Foxconn BloodRage motherboard, 3GB of Patriot PC3-12800 ram and maybe a CoolIT Freezone Elite cpu cooler. :D

I looked inside the Box and the case looked good, I'll do a better inspection in the morning though, I had It delivered by Parcel Post, I had to bring this case home in the front seat of the car as the box wouldn't fit in the trunk at all, It's one Big Ass Box. :shake:

Yep It sure will be, My 2nd best Christmas Wish is for a wider more cross wind resistant car like or as close as possible to what I once had, This time in a V6 of course. :D
