I think I have posted these before, but for those who may not have seen them...
This one is a similar formation as Half Dome. This is near the parks East entrance on Hwy 120.

This is another shot of the same formation from a slightly different angle and less zoom.

Nice shots Stealth Eagle.
I will start shooting again with my new Vivitar N3800 Manual SLR. Of course mine will be more creative as usual with multiple exposures. I am waiting for the seasons to change to winter. I stopped my creative photography because I have to drive to take the shots and with the cost of gas I could not do any so I thought I would do some winter creations such as some cityscapes. I could go up into the mountains but since I am retired I really can't afford the gas being so expensive but I can go to town and do some cityscapes.

This is a recreation of Ansel Adams' Famous shot.

You have El Capitan, Half Dome, and The Sentinel all in the same shot.

This is a marker telling a bit of the history of this location.

and this shows part of the area below Glacier point. This is where the used to have a celebration culminating in a fire-fall where they pushed flaming logs over the edge of the cliff. (this is no longer done)

Taken this morning. You can still see some of the remnants of the snow flurries near and on the festive holiday display...
