Seen the same thing. Can ANYONE with the project please verify if there was an adjustment? 300+ posts to get this across with speculation is BS. From what I have seen, it looks like there's been a 20% drop in RAC. After adding a couple more systems, I was looking at RAC of around 72k, but am barely holding onto 60k when my systems dump their data every other day...

Speculation started this thread... Confirmation and an explanation followed a couple days later, also in this thread...

Why let the facts interfere with speculation?
There have been 3 posts in this thread from Eric explaining the situation, and still the discussion goes on. Why bother making a fourth if the previous 3 had no effect?

Damn would have been nice if this was an announcement on a separate thread... I read all over this one but didn't get that far down/up as I got tired of hearing all the bad math from people. thanks for the infos.

I saw ~ 10 % less Credits for the same AR.

Now if you have more drop of your RAC, maybe you get more WUs with worse Credits/hour?

Yes, I agree - you can overwhelmed with different calculations which may not be relevant to this issue (particularly with references to RAC!).
Here are some figures based on claimed "credits per flop" for completed units, or rather per teraflop to give a more practical number.
We started a month or so back with 3.300 credits per Tflop (was about 3.88 until a year ago!) and this declined bit by bit over the following weeks to 2.675, a reduction of about 19%. After my computer had its annual leave, I find the figure has jumped back up a little, to 2.852 at present, i.e. an overall 13.6% down on the base level. Since Eric estimated that an adjustment of approaching 15% would be necessary, I hope we have reached stability and we can now allow this massive topic to quietly fade away.
Until next time, of course.
