I have been crunching data for Seti@home since April 7, 2002. I have two work units with pending credit, they have been waiting for some time now. I know that SETI has grown by leaps and bounds but I don't understand why the work units have been waiting to be credited for such a long, long time. Maybe someone at SETI can check into that.

Thanks

Ronald - we can't see your computers since they are hidden. However, this is nothing to be worried about. Each workunit needs to be processed by at least 2 different machines. And the two results must meet consensus. If consensus isn't met, then the workunit will be sent out to a 3rd machine. Some machines run longer connect intervals and higher caches, but in the end you will receive your credit. Personally, I have approximately 1500 credits pending (and there are others out here that have 40x that amount). I just consider it credits in the bank.

Have a great day.

Wendy
