I see from Turn 1 and from several reports that it was Heikki that pushed Kimi off the track.

The rule here is Annex L of the International Sporting Code, Chapter IV, Article 2, para G( yes, I am becoming a real sad case): "The racetrack alone shall be used by the drivers during the race."

Yes it was legal.
It was discuessed in the drivers meeting before the race.
