One answer to the high fuel price would be the purchase of a diesel VW Polo Bluemotion.

This gives an idea of the specifications and price, and suggests that, this slowish car with careful driving can touch nearly 90 mpg.

The price of fuel would have a very low impact using this baby compared to other vehicles.

I have been reading up on Hydrogen technology a LOT lately, not wanting to pay $4.89 for Diesel, at least not in the quantities that I have been.

I believe that some of these systems, and they aren't that complicated, can save me probably 1/2 on my fuel expenses. It'll pay for itself pretty quickly, like just a couple of months.

One website actually has an automatic controller unit for the entire Hydrogen system, they call it a VMU, which will make the operation of an HHO system very user friendly. Quite similar to my Edge chip, which is also supposed to save me money on fuel (But I cant keep my foot off the accelerator).
Here is a link to that website. HHOForever

One better: The BMW Hydrogen7

The BMW Hydrogen7 is a gasoline/liquid hydrogen hybrid.
