Message 750445 - Posted: 9 May 2008, 15:42:18 UTC - in response to Message 750443.

I have the optimized app running ssse3x.

Then you're in somewhat the wrong place to report this. This thread would be the one to report it in, so that the person who made this version sees it and can help you out.

Thanks.

I upgraded Seti to the new app

What new application? Normally under BOINC you don't have to upgrade the application by yourself, unless you use an optimized application with anonymous platform file.

So please give a little more information. Post what happens in your messages tab, show us some of the messages (around 20 lines is OK).

Not sure what you mean, there are no messages indicating failure....
The WU's are sitting in the TASK window with Ready to Report. Other tasks finish and immediately change to Uploading.

Message 750428 - Posted: 9 May 2008, 15:18:25 UTC

I upgraded Seti to the new app and now I have a bunch of completed wu that won't upload. There are about 25 wu's that state they are ready to report, other work units complete and upload but these 25 continue to stay in Ready mode. Some are due to report fairly soon, which means that my computer has been hanging on to them for several days.

Any suggestions on how to change them to Uploading?

I have reset my preferences to use the network anytime, closed BOINC Mngr and restarted it but they remain.

Any help would be appreciated.

I know there were server problems last week, but I still can't get any new downloads. Is there still a problem at SETI or ???
