... I'm faily sure that the problem many people are having is related to the Reverse DNS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_DNS_lookup). Whoever administers the site needs to get that fixed ASAP. I hate to pull my own chain, but I took the information that Toby had gathered, got a hold of a level 3 technician at Global Crossings (I am a network engineer and work with these guys on a regular basis), and passed the information on. The next e-mail to me was that the next hop is a customer of theirs and seems to be having an issue and they would pass on the information. It was less than 24 hours later and all was repaired.
