This one is quieter than either of those and bigger, I have It's cousin the Xigmatek HDT-S1283 and It works pretty good once It's installed.

Kingwin 12025 Revolution 120mm H.D.T. CPU Cooler for $31.99 instead.

For $2 more Joker's is better for sure, I never knew about that one, TY Joker, appreciate it for my future needs.
