I 'borrowed' this from BOINCStats:

I start with a word, for example Acronym and the next person must make a reasonably sensible phrase, using each letter from the chosen word as the first letter of each word in the phrase, then chooses a word from the newly formed phrase to continue the game. Sounds complicated but it's very easy:
I'll start you off with Acronym

All Cool Rollers Own New Yachts, Man!

And the new word is:
COOL
