No, only with the first WU I recieved from this site/server. I will not whine about it, but crunch some more data for SETI..:P
I now have one that has been send succesfull but no credits has been granted.

759470364 226144335 21 Feb 2008 22:50:55 UTC 24 Feb 2008 14:04:53 UTC Over Success Done 6,797.12 38.39 0.00

It is strange.

Thanks for your effort!

SETI@Home Informational message -9 result_overflow

Validate state Invalid

Success means that you downloaded, and sent back data. It does not mean anything about validity. For some reason your system though it had an overflow where the other systems did not.

Thanks in advance!

Mark

Does this happen on every task?

If it does, could you post some relevent messages from your message tab?

The only 'error' you do get a minute bit of credit for here at Seti is a -9 overflow error (if they still exist).

They sure do, although I expect they’ll become less common once the admins implement code in the splitters for filtering out the military radar that seems to be the principal cause. Of course the –9s aren’t treated as errors by BOINC, to which the message is just a line of text in the output file.

Whenever you return a task with an error you will not get credit for it. The only 'error' you do get a minute bit of credit for here at Seti is a -9 overflow error (if they still exist). Otherwise, no.
