THIS is the last one for tonight.... A total changeup. One of the hottest remakes of one of the oldest tunes..... Christina Aguilera.......Candyman... There are a couple of other mixes of Christina's bit, but the lyrics may not be 'kitty friendly'...LOL...they did the 'racy trumpet blast' in this mix to cover them. If ya don't know what I mean, let me know by PM... And yes, I am old enough to remember the original....LOL. And then I have to include this rave up by Bette Midler...Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy.... Am I really whacked, or is this footage for real? Jimi.....OK, I figured it out....from a movie, right? I knew they didn't have the technology to get such video back in the 60's...scared me for a bit....LOL. Or am I fu-kayed? Is this really from '69? Hendrix Impro.... I am REALLY confused now...... THIS is the real thing......Jimi, my man. And they had the rings wrong in the fake footage.....he wore two in the real footage.......and was wayyyyyyyy more laid back....Like, Hey man, what is this God put in my hands.......let me have a go at it...oh, wow this is a rush...LOL. He holds the thing so gentle.....like a lover...'can I touch you, honey?'...I remember my first girlfriend and my first touch.......it seems he is like that little piece of one-time heaven....but he held onto it always. And she says 'yes'....can you see it? Even the most powerful guitar players I have ever seen never displayed the love for their partner like that........even when he wants to make her shout......he is firm, but loving in his caress. Watch the clip very closely.......I never saw this side of him before until just now. EDIT...no.....really impossible. The first takes must be a remake.
