I am running that mobo in one of my machines, the major downside is only 2 SATA ports, but other than that its been a great board.

Got a motherboard that supported the Pentium D and the RAM I had and also one with on-board video. I tried a 64 bit Linux distro but the system kept locking up so I went with Win. 2000.
