The Flu is a contact type Virus, You have to touch someone or something that has a live virus to get It. I mean I have never had a flu shot, other than perhaps when I was very young. For at least the past 25 years I do know that I have not had a "flu shot". As you point out, it is only a guess as to what strain. As such, I have difficulty accepting injecting a virus, live or dead, into me that may not have any impact other than potentially me reacting to something in it, so all I see so far are negatives, especially in light of 25+ years of history... As for contact vs. airborne, flu is actually primarily airborne, that is why it can spread quickly... ID: 713897 ·
