I see the server status page has not updated since 09:20 UTC and that the uploaded units all went into pending, but on many wingman has also reported in. So I'm assuming that the validators might also be off.

No wonder I've got so many pended. I've got Curmudgeon as my wingman on most of my pended stuff.

"Average Turnaround: 37 days"

LOL, just teasing TC.

I was actually wondering, though, if anyone has ever put together a BoincStats type utility to show your pended credits? I was thinking it'd be nice to see a list of all my pending credits with information about the wingman's RAC, and/or last contacted date. That way, I could get a feel about how many of my pended credits are gonna be stuck waiting for a deadline to pass before the WU will get re-assigned... Right now, it's tedious pulling up the pended credits, peeking at the wingman's hostid and checking up on it's recent info on BoincStats. (All just to satisfy idle curiosity...)

1st. Welcome to the Project Mumps . . .

2nd. ps - might check the sp. on TC (it's JC ;))

It all looks to be up and running again now. There again, I could really do without 20 'sprints'.

Hi there Mumps, and welcome to the threads.

Put your request for such a table to the SETI Admins, they may be able to place some script in to do this type of data presentation. I know the BOINCStats can give the data in many ways. I would think your suggestion has not been asked for before.

As regards the wingmen ... most of the credit goes through smoothly, usually after 2-5 days. But I have had 2 results (very large credit claims) that took 4 months before they were validated and the credit awarded.

I think WinterKnight may be right about the validators. My pending has risen by about 3,000 since 10.00 am (UTC) this morning.

I got a couple of uploads done and reported, during the night here.
However, there have been just as many re-joined the queue to upload.
It'll settle.

Do we need a new thread to boast of our pending credits?

I must be average after all: Pending credit: 6,614.89

My pending is growing leaps and bounds but my credit and rac haven't moved at all today.

I used to be a cruncher like you, then I took an arrow to the knee.

Well if "Approaching 3 times RAC" is worth boasting about, how about me?

2,958 RAC according to "Preferences page"
13,040 Pending Credit

So I've already hit 4.4 times RAC. Which gets even better when you consider this is actually 27% of all my work reported ever in the first place.

Ok, so fine, I'm not an old-timer here, but 27% of what I've crunched since Feb 15th is still pending? I had to have joined with almost perfect timing with all these problems we've survived since then.

That's all right - whenever you join, you join with perfect timing for the next problem. That's what makes it such fun.

And it wouldn't be so much fun if things weren't always kept interesting. It's nice to see the Berkeley team keeps on working through these things just as fast as they crop up. They definately deserve a world of Kudos.

And I'm just looking forward to the day this log jam breaks cause I'll probably hit the top 50,000 cruncher list right then and there.

Looks there is a developing validator issue out there. My pendings and granted credit over the past week or so:

2/25 ..... 8403 ..... 4975
2/26 ..... 8687..... 4142
2/27 ...... 9322 ...... 3804
2/28..... 10135 ...... 4372
2/29 ...... 10662 ...... 4530
3/1...... 11352 ...... 3124
3/2 ...... 14271 ..... 641

Looks like the credit awarding gear got wrenched.

Guess it is time to back off on resource share so things have a chance to catch up.

Right -- since I have a 5 day backlog of pendings and since there are multiple indications of CSC, I've suspended SETI on the workstations I can get a hand on and I've reduced the resource share to half of what I had been running to reduce the cycles for those workstations I can't get to. It is the weekend so I suspect we'll see some explanation of what's gone awry tomorrow.

I noted with concernd that your graphs had all flatlined.
Also just noticed that the network traffic is pegged at the 60mb/s mark again.
