Good Morning everyone, and especially to you Champ, our early riser!

For breakfast this morning we're trying our Boston Hash Breakfast. That's two poached eggs on classic Corned Beef Hash: that's chipped beef, slow-fried with small potato cubes and onion and herbs. Along with that we're serving Frank Cooper's Oxford Cut Marmalade and Hot Cross Buns. That's accompanied with lots of Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice.

Enjoy!

Good Morning, Dan!

Have you ever tried Corned Beef Hash? With egg yolk running down it, it's absolutely delicious! :]]

I usually like my egg yolk well cooked and coagulated...the runny yolk is not my favorite thing.

OMG! I always thought you were from England; you're up early in the day with the rest of the English. You have the good manners of an English gentleman to the manor born, so I was completely fooled. hahahah!

I'm so sorry about the mistake, Dan. No offence intended!

The funny thing is, Beets keeps getting corrected about where Dan's from and he keeps making the mistake! :)
You do know, Beets, that I am in Ireland, don't you?
Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes.
