We've got Boston Breakfast this morning: Poached Eggs over Grilled Salmon Hash topped with or without Muniere Sauce, Freshly Steamed Fiddleheads, Crab Stuffed Mushroom, Home Fries, Breakfast Bisquit, Boursin Herbed Cheese, Bonne Maman's Strawberry Preserve and Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice.

I have been sleeping toooo much.. ;-)
and now its only 3 hours until im leaving
for the trip. Ohh.. i would reather staid
at home..its bad outside. But i have to get
ready, hand the boys over to some other
people, and go. Were I am going the snow has
alsready come, and i havent seen much snow
in many years.. haha.. Out here it lies only
for few days when it comes. Mmmhh.. ok,
maybe a cup of coffee and something good
to eat will give me the strenght
i need ............ ;-))

And speaking of snow, it snowed for the first time here and white over everything it is here too!

You may remember I mentioned a nice Ice Hotel that's in Quebec, Canada. It's the Duchesnay, a 30,000 square foot hotel, made completely of carved ice and with only bear rugs to be found inside. It accomodates about a dozen guests at the resort.

I think those round ice tables of yours would fit in perfectly here. :]

There are so many places i would like to go. All i can wonder about is why i
was born as a fishermans doughter out here in the ocean, and not as a doughter of a bank finance boss in the middle of a big city.. lol.. I may not see too much of the world in this life, but still im happy i am were i am.. ;-)

Whew! I just got back from shovelling the snow off the car and the driveway. I'm cold! Yes, a nice cuddle and a hot cup of coffee is just what I need right now.
