Time for another quick win... one shelf down, three to go :) Well, it's been giving you lot plenty of time for wins, lol. I'm putting shelves up... and just to be tacky I'll say I'm creating the Calm in the Chaos of my garage ;) I have to say, the boss lent me a cordless nail gun... now that's a handy gadget! This little project has introduced me to the illustrious hammer drill and the nail gun... I hope I never have to drill holes into brick again! Happy birthday Calm Chaos!!! Terrible twos? Calm Chaos... are you feeling it yet? |

Time for another quick win... one shelf down, three to go :) I have no idea, someone explained the difference to me years ago, but I'm fairly clueless about that sort of thing, so I don't remember, lol. All I know is that I drilled through about 3cm before I reached open space. The bricks are about the size of small besser blocks but red instead of grey. I finished putting up the shelf supports midweek and picked up the timber strips for the shelves this morning. The holes in the wall were quick to drill but I thought my heart was going to stop every time the thing went into hammer mode, lol. My little cordless drill could barely make a dent. :) Winning again! Happy birthday Calm Chaos!!! Terrible twos? Calm Chaos... are you feeling it yet? |

Time for another quick win... one shelf down, three to go :) It sounds like they are fascia. Standard bricks are about 3w x 2h x 6L inches. It's my turn to win. What you do today you will have to live with tonight |
