So, how do you determine the cut-off point that results in a winner? Is it a random "roll of the dice" approach? Just curious... ^¿^

Or is it like eBay (grrrrr)? Do those "in the know" about the cut-off time swoop in at the last few seconds to try to claim the title? Obvioulsy, I have been on the losing side of that strategy before! ~¿~
